Good Day! I have here my 3 ideas for dust jackets. The first one is on gardening in the Zuni area. The second is a collection of Zuni folklore. The third is a how-to guide to making our own Zuni fire oven. I wanted to stay close to my roots and try my hand on using Zuni designs. Along with some photos taken from long ago to ones I will take around the area.
2nd Idea sounds very interesting but have you tried making the spines go together like the 1st idea? Or adding the bottom border designs from the first to the 2nd?
ReplyDeleteThe layout is great but you need to accomplish a bit more unity amongst all the designs when focusing on the borders. One has a bar at the bottom while the others have corner designs. Maybe try to encorporate a mixture of the bar from the first design & the upper corner designs from the third design in all of three jackets?
ReplyDeleteWith this assignment I thought we make 3 different designs then we choose one for the series of 4. Then the unity will continue into the other 3 books when choosing one of these 3.
